Whisky Ladies Sukhinder Singh’s Cask Strength Trio from The Whisky Exchange in London:
- Glen Moray 8 year 57.8% (SMSW) – A beautiful pear drop delight
- Arran 14 year (2000/2015) 55.5% (TWE) – Needs patience but rewards with a fruity, full and complex dram
- Ledaig 12 year (2004/2016) Cask 1030 58.1% (SMSW) – Peaty pleasure at its best
Pedigree malts from around the world:
- From Ireland – Midleton Barry Crocket Legacy No 10205 46% – One well crafted whisky with a fabulous nose
- From Australia – Sullivans Cove 16 year (2000/2016) 47.5% – Worth the praise and attention
- From Campbeltown – Kilkerran 8 years Peated Cask Strength 56.2% – Another impressive whisky from Kilkerran
Our original group were introduced to a remarkable new independent bottler – North Star with a terrific trio of:
- North Star’s Cask Series 001 – Glenrothes 20 year (Oct 1996/Oct 2016) 54.6% 1 of 252 bottles
- North Star’s Cask Series 001 – Ardmore Peat 8 year (June 2008 / Oct 2016) 57.1% 1 of 198 bottles
- North Star’s Cask Series 002 – Islay 8 year (June 2008 / May 2017) 58.3% 1 of 230 bottles
